Description
Product Overview
Agralan Envirofleece 2.4m x 5m is a lightweight horticultural fleece designed to protect plants, seedlings and crops in the garden and allotment. Used as a frost cover and plant protection fabric, it helps shield growth from cold snaps, wind and light pest pressure while still allowing air and moisture through. An easy way to extend the growing season and reduce losses in unpredictable UK weather.
Key Features
- 2.4m x 5m generous coverage – covers beds, rows and larger plants for quick seasonal protection.
- Helps guard against frost and chill – reduces cold damage to tender plants and early sowings.
- Breathable plant cover – allows airflow and moisture movement to help avoid overheating and condensation build-up.
- Lightweight and easy to handle – simple to drape over crops, hoops, frames or cloches and reposition as needed.
- Versatile crop protection fabric – suitable for seedlings, vegetables, soft fruit and ornamental plants.
Use Case / Application
Designed for outdoor growing areas such as gardens, allotments, raised beds, veg patches and smallholdings. Use it over newly planted or tender crops in spring and autumn, wrap or drape over shrubs during cold nights, or lay it across frames and hoops to create a quick protective tunnel. Ideal for protecting seedlings after transplanting, shielding salad crops, and covering potatoes, courgettes and soft fruit during sudden temperature drops.
Problem → Solution
Perfect for gardeners who need a simple, reliable frost protection cover to help prevent cold-weather setbacks and keep plants growing strongly.
