A seat belt is safety equipment that is checked at the MOT: the anchorages must be secure, the webbing free of cuts and fraying, and the buckle and retractor must work. Match a replacement belt to the seat position and type, whether static lap, retracting lap or automatic lap and diagonal, and fix it only to proper anchorage points. For fuel caps, check the fit for your filler neck and whether you want a locking cap. When jump starting, follow the vehicle handbook. Batteries can give off hydrogen, so keep sparks and flames away from them.

Air fresheners come as sprays, hanging cards and small diffusers. Reusable dehumidifiers take up moisture from the air inside the car. Chargers and cables must match your phone's connector, such as USB-C or an 8-pin plug.
