Cancellation: You have the right to cancel at any time preceding the despatch of your goods please let us know via email so we have your cancellation in writing.
Returns: If the item is not wanted/needed and you decide to return a product you must inform us of your intention to return within 14 days of receipt, from which time you will have up to 14 days to make the return.

You will be responsible for any costs of returning the item, so please make sure if sending via post to make sure it is insured for the value of the product. Returned goods must be in a pristine re-sellable condition. Upon receiving the returned items you will be refunded by the method of original payment within 14 days and usually sooner.

Printed Circuit Boards and made-to-order products such as coloured radiators are non-returnable. please contact us before ordering if you are unsure if the item is non-returnable.
